Most are created collaboratively. Wiki may provide many different requirements, such as knowledge control and taking notes. Wikis can be group websites and intranets, for example. Some allow control over different features (levels of access). For example, modifying privileges may allow modifying, including or eliminating content. Others may allow accessibility without implementing accessibility control. Other guidelines may also be charged for planning content.

Wikipedia turn down for 24 hours, just several weeks ago, becoming a member of a large Web objection in U.S. over the suggested anti-piracy regulations SOPA and PIPA. Now, it’s getting up again in a significant Internet revolution against online censorship in Russia.

According to The Next Web, the Russian government is looking to change the regulations known as the “Act for Information.” The suggested changes to the law could cause to capturing censorship of the internet, such as the end of Wikipedia in Russia.
