New review declares Skype is planning a new feature for its service that will allow customers to keep video messages to one another.
Tom Warren of The Verge claims he has learned the new feature will release in the coming months, possibly as early as Oct. Warren declares the new video messaging feature will be just like MMS phone calls from a mobile phone in that customers will be able to history and deliver video to contacts that the receiver will then be able to play the next time he or she records in.
In addition to the new video messaging feature, the report also declares Skype is working on a new style that will be applied across its range of clients and be similar to the recently leaked Windows 8 Metro app. The Microsoft department is currently examining the new style on all of its programs. Additionally, the new web-based Skype is expected to be integrated in Microsoft's Outlook.com e-mail service before the end of the year, Warren states.
